We ship to the Canada only at this time

Most orders ship one to two business day after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped on Saturday, Sunday or major Canadian Holidays. All orders ship from our Richmond Hill warehouse.

Ground shipping to Canadina addresses is via Canada Post Expedited. Your order should arrive within 2 - 7 business days after the date you placed your order.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Orders originally shipped with complimentary shipping will have regular shipping charges deducted from the return credit.

*Oversized product or Orders shipped to some remote areas may be subject to an additional shipping charge. If there is additional charge to your order, you will be notified prior to shipping.

* Free delivery is not available for Rural Routes, P.O. boxes or to Nunavut, Northwest Territories & the Yukon.

Return Policy:

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, we do offer a 7 day full refund or a 30-day return privilege for regular priced (full price) items in their original un-worn, un-washed condition, with tags intact and original packaging.

Returns must be delivered to us within 30 calendar days after the order was placed. All sales are final after 30 days.

SALE Return Policy -- SALE items discounted off regular price are FINAL SALE and may not be refunded.

Christening items are accepted for size exchanges only; no refunds.

Socks, tights, hats and bows may not be returned. No credit will be given for these items if returned.

We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. We cannot accept returns on items that were damaged while worn/washed, shrunk in the wash, or simply did not hold up well after being worn.

To make an exchange or return:

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition -- with all tags, hangers and packaging intact. Otherwise you will not receive full credit for the return. If you would like to make a size exchange, please place a new order for the size desired; size exchanges are treated as new orders and are not "swapped out" upon receipt of returns.

Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Shoes returned with markings, address info, etc. on the shoe box or missing the shoe box will be refused and returned to sender.

Please write your order number on the outside of the shipping box.

Use either UPS or Canada Post with insurance and tracking and promptly send to our Returns Dept.:
